Information we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. We also keep a record of your orders, order status, and payment status so you can track them and so we can fulfil them.
How we use your information
We use this information to create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about an order, and keep basic sales and stock records for running the business. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
Payment information
We don't process payments on this site. After you place an order, you send it to us on WhatsApp and payment is arranged directly with you — by mobile money or cash on delivery. We never see or store your card details or mobile money PIN.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember what's in your cart between visits, and Supabase authentication cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Where your data is stored
Account and order data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Reasonable technical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) are in place to protect it.
Data retention
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time — see Contact below.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details on our About page and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the business or the tools we use change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
