- No. Everything in the shop is framed and sold as a traditional or cultural practice item, not as medicine. We describe how something is traditionally used, and leave outcomes to you.
- 02Where do products come from?
- We work with growers and gatherers across Uganda who source items the way they've traditionally been sourced, and we describe origin honestly on each product page as that information becomes available.
- 03How is delivery handled?
- Delivery is coordinated manually with riders and local delivery partners. You'll get an order status update as your order moves from placed to delivered.
- 04How do I pay?
- After you place an order, you send it to us on WhatsApp with a pre-filled message showing your items and total. We confirm it there and arrange payment directly with you by mobile money or cash on delivery.
